Atlas6Labs
Atlas6Labs is a defense technology research and development initiative born from the urgency of real-world warfare and the power of international collaboration. Founded by a coalition of leading UAV innovators — AdlerAerospace, Hecto Drones, and Sky Assist — Atlas6Labs was established in Ukraine to harness frontline ingenuity, engineering excellence, and rapid prototyping capabilities to push the Atlas6 platform to its full potential.
With the war in Ukraine redefining the future of drone warfare, Atlas6Labs operates at the intersection of battlefield necessity and technical innovation. Our mission is clear: to develop, test, and refine Atlas6 UAV variants that solve immediate operational challenges — whether for ISR, strike, EW, resupply, or rescue.
We work side-by-side with Ukrainian soldiers, engineers, and field commanders to close the loop between concept and deployment. From rugged terrain to GNSS-denied environments, every Atlas6 variant we build is shaped by battlefield feedback, validated through combat trials, and designed for success in the world’s most demanding conditions.
Atlas6Labs is more than an R&D group — it’s a living engine of adaptation, built in Ukraine, for Ukraine, and for allied forces around the world.
Wilhelm Meya
Founder, Atlas6labs | CEO, AdlerAerospace
Wilhelm Meya is the CEO of AdlerAerospace and the founder of Atlas6labs, a specialized research and development division created to accelerate innovation around the Atlas6 heavy-lift UAV platform. With a deep background in aerospace systems, battlefield integration, and international defense collaboration, Meya established Atlas6labs to prototype, test, and field new Atlas6 variants—including ISR, strike, EW, and SAR configurations—based on direct feedback from front-line military partners.
Under his leadership, AdlerAerospace has expanded into a multinational defense technology firm, forging partnerships across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Through Atlas6labs, Meya has cultivated a rapid development cycle that connects battlefield needs to deployable solutions, ensuring that each Atlas6 variant is rigorously tested, modular, and mission-ready.
Meya is a frequent collaborator with Ukrainian and NATO-aligned engineering teams and continues to drive forward innovation in unmanned systems, AI-enabled targeting, and counter-UAS defense technologies.
